Rent Nemi House for you next party or event! Capacity Guidelines: - For Parties: Up to 70 humans - For Workshops/Dinner Parties/etc.: Up to 25 humans Nemi House is equipped with the following party amenities: - 2 Soundboks - 10 folding mattresses w/ sheets - Fully equipped kitchen - Hot tub - Dungeon/kink space - Multi-tiered squish room with a 65" TV Rental price includes cleaning! Start and end times are flexible. A typically booking is from 6pm to 10am the next day.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your booking, contact us at info@nemi.house. We're happy to issue a refund for all private rentals. Event cancellations require a 3 day cancellation notice for a full refund (including deposit).
